20 Meals For February
While we are changing our eating, excuse me, rather, our cooking habits to a plant based diet I need a list of meals to keep me from getting a lopsided menu. Thoughtful planning can help me not to get lost, overwhelmed, or distracted. I really want to focus on incorporating all the whole grains that are available to me, spread them throughout the week for a balanced diet of fresh vegetables, whole grains and fruit. I am going to do my best for my family to put this together every month, and be consistent. I've done meal planning before, dropped it if I felt too restricted, and picked it back up in desperate attempt for order. So here goes. I'll try and have my list up in the last week of each month (for accountability so to speak!).

ReplyDeleteYou are so organized! Don't think I could ever really stick to something like this, I change my mind on what to cook just between breakfast and dinner!
ReplyDeleteHannah! and do you have 6 kids yet? I have too many hobbies (cooking really isn't one of them)and tooo many times 5o'clock comes around and I'm hoping a peanut butter sandwich will work for everyone. It usually doesn't. Not that pumpkin soup is everyone's favorite but they were filled tonight and actually didn't mind. But thank you for the compliment!
